Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive home inspections in accordance with state and company standards

Prepare detailed digital inspection reports with photos and clear recommendations
Communicate findings to clients in a clear, honest, and professional manner
Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and local regulations
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after inspections
Qualifications:
Active Home Inspector License (required)
Strong knowledge of residential construction and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with inspection software and technology (or willingness to learn)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
